Residential

We aim to get the balance right between the protection of our residents needs and the independence they can achieve, providing training for those able to progress to independent living and a long term home for those unable to take this step.

Some residents attend college and day centres but most choose from a range of activities on offer on site in our Day Activity Centre.

Residents are also encouraged to participate in activities aimed at developing their daily living skills and furthering their independence such as menu planning, budgeting, numeracy and literacy and communication skills.

Our residents also enjoy an active social life in the local community visiting the theatre and cinemas, local restaurants, bowling alleys, etc.

St Peter’s Row and The Oaks are about two miles from the town of Tonbridge. There are local shops, including a Post Office and chemist and also a library, pub and a church, just half a mile away. Each home has four or five single rooms.
